Premier International School organized a Parent’s Day program for students from Grade 6-9. This Event was organized on Saturday, 22nd December 2018 (7th Poush 2075). The Program started from 10:00 am at the Premier Auditorium Hall. Parents started arriving at the venue from 9:30 am the seats were almost full when the Formal MC’s welcomed everyone. After awhile the members of the vocal club sang the National Anthem of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal written by Poet Pradeep Kumar Rai, after the national anthem to the members of various Instrumental clubs like Guitar, Percussion,Violin, Flute and many more performed Mangal Dhun and Asarai Mahinama. After the beautiful song Managing director of Premier International School Basanta Thapa gave a humble welcome speech to the parents. Then the members of the vocal club performed the songs Let it be by the Beatles and Shape of you by Ed Sheeran. After the song the members of The Cultural and Classical dance clubs performed a Tamang Sello dance in their splendid cultural outfits. After the Dance the members of the Drama club performed a Nepali Drama that was named खरायो the drama was very heart touching some mothers and relatives were in tears when they saw the emotional drama between a mother and a son. After the heartwarming drama the members of the Zumba club performed a dance that energized everyone and that made everyone jump out of their seats and dance. After that another dance was performed by the members of the hip hop club which was equally energizing. The dance was followed by a Drama performed by the members of the drama club which was about Nature and how they are affecting lives of all the living beings. After the influencing drama, the members of the Classical and cultural dance clubs performed a Semi-Classical Dance in the song Swalla by Jason Derulo and Shape of you by Ed Sheeran. The Director Of Premier International School Pawitra Limbu offered her vote of thanks to all the parents.The Vote of Thanks included some achievements and as well as some future plans for the school. After the that the students involved in the Christmas Choir performed two songs to get all the parents into a christmas mood. The Students of Grade 9 made stalls for their community service project. The money earned by the stalls will be used for different projects that will help us do our work.
